Front Office Manager

About the role

Hillside Resort Bodrum is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead its Front Office Department and ensure a seamless, high‑quality guest experience. This senior role will be pivotal during the pre‑opening phase and throughout ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office functions, including Reception, Telephone Operator and Bellboy services.
• Develop and implement Front Office procedures, job descriptions and operational standards during the pre‑opening period.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and develop the Front Office team.
• Ensure efficient and distinguished check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Handle special guest requests and complaints with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Monitor daily occupancy, room status, revenue, collections and produce operational reports.
• Track guest satisfaction metrics and create action plans to improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate use of the hotel management system and Front Office processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of Front Office management experience in luxury resorts or upscale hotels.
• Experience with hotel openings or pre‑opening projects is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel management systems.
• Advanced English proficiency; a second language is an asset.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and organizational abilities.
• Guest‑oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Analytical skills for reporting and budget management.
• Excellent communication, representation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Residing in Bodrum or willing to relocate.
