Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React) - Remote

About the role

Teamflect, a SaaS provider in performance management serving over 3,000 companies worldwide and a Microsoft partner, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable applications. The position is fully remote, with standard business working hours, competitive pay in USD plus a bonus, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication within a team.
• Experience working in Scrum methodology.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation.

Required skills

• Frontend: JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Backend: Node.js and related frameworks.
• APIs and architecture: RESTful services and microservices.
• Databases: document databases such as MongoDB, including maintenance, optimization and complex queries.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Containers: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Testing: unit and integration testing.
• AI development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or GitHub Copilot.
