Full Stack Engineer (Node.js, Python, React)

About the role

Karub Holding Software builds the web products, internal tools and integrations that power the Karub Holding group's businesses, and is growing its small engineering team. It is looking for a full-stack engineer who can own features end to end, from database and API to user interface. The role is full-time and on-site in the Istanbul office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs in Node.js and Express
• Develop data processing, automation and integration work in Python
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces in React
• Own features end to end: scoping, building, testing, deploying and monitoring
• Improve performance, reliability and security across the stack, including authentication and session handling
• Work with the team to turn product needs into clear technical solutions

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional backend experience with Node.js/Express and 5 years of front-end experience with React
• At least 3 years with Python
• Strong hands-on experience running Node.js and Express in production
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work on-site in Istanbul

Required skills

• Relational databases: Amazon Aurora, PostgreSQL and MariaDB, including schema design, query optimization and efficient SQL
• AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora, API Gateway, CloudWatch and IAM
• REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth) and web security fundamentals
• Git, code review and CI/CD workflows
• Nice to have: NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis), data and analytics tooling, AI/LLM API integration, early-stage company experience
