Full‑time Sales Consultant – Bahariye, Istanbul

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant for its Bahariye store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote the brand’s heritage, and support store performance through sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by suggesting outfits that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policies.
• Maintain store standards, follow all Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
