About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in its Istanbul store. You will work closely with the Store Manager and team to drive sales, provide styling advice, and uphold brand values.

Key responsibilities

Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligning with Levi’s service approach.
Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
Perform store procedures in compliance with Levi’s policies and directives.

Required profile

Fashion‑savvy with interest in current trends.
Enjoys a busy environment and multitasking.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, and other physical tasks.
Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
