Game Manager

About the role

Rollic is seeking a Game Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its mobile titles. You will work closely with studio partners to shape game concepts, drive live‑ops, and boost player retention, engagement and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with studio partners on ideation, execution and game design for hybrid‑casual titles.
• Onboard and coach studios throughout the development process.
• Analyse data to monitor promotion and event performance and report on KPI impact.
• Define and execute QA plans to ensure high‑quality game updates.
• Develop and implement in‑game event strategies to increase retention and revenue.
• Generate and prototype new game ideas, maintaining Rollic’s quality standards.
• Lead LiveOps for active games, using statistics to improve key metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with studio partners, overseeing prototypes from concept to scaling.
• Track competitor games and market trends in in‑game marketing.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment such as consulting, tech or startups.
• Proactive ownership and ability to move projects forward with limited structure.
• Growth‑mindset focused on personal and business development.
• Passion for consumer products and games, with awareness of market trends.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative, open to feedback and fluent in English.
