About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Gastroenterology Product Specialist to join its Istanbul European side location. The role focuses on driving sales and market penetration for gastro‑enterology therapies, working closely with physicians and key institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze target doctors and units within the assigned region, identify needs, and develop insight‑driven solutions and projects.
• Create and execute a detailed business plan that includes high‑impact targeting, segmentation, and maximising physician influence.
• Monitor market dynamics, stakeholder activities, and competitor actions to optimise sales activities.
• Implement multi‑channel communication models and digital tools to support the sales process.
• Contribute ideas and systems for continuous improvement of the business model.
• Report directly to the Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Possession of a UTE (Product Promotion Representative) certificate.
• Residence in Istanbul is preferred.
• Preferably experience in gastro‑enterology therapeutic area.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• High persuasion, customer‑ and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel without restriction.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
