About the role

The company is seeking multiple Real Estate Valuation Specialists to join its teams across several Turkish cities. The role involves conducting property appraisals and providing expert valuation reports for clients.

Key responsibilities

Perform detailed real‑estate valuations and appraisal reports.
Analyze market data and property characteristics to determine accurate values.
Prepare and present valuation documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with SPK licensing requirements and company standards.

Required profile

University graduate from a relevant field (e.g., real estate, economics, engineering).
Maximum age of 40 years.
At least 3 years of experience in real‑estate valuation or appraisal.
Possession of a SPK‑issued Real Estate Valuation License.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, good time management, patience and organization.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
