General Maintenance Executive

About the role

Lesaffre is seeking a General Maintenance Executive to lead maintenance activities at its Amasya factory. The role involves planning, coordinating and managing maintenance and repair processes for all production equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for machines, packaging equipment, coolers, compressors and other critical assets.
• Analyze recurring failures, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and costs.
• Lead investment projects, support planning, execution and monitoring of new equipment installations.
• Manage annual mandatory inspections, spare‑parts inventory and procurement of maintenance materials.
• Supervise the maintenance team, identify training needs and enhance technical knowledge.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal) and Turkish language.
• Proven team management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• High‑tech equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Spare parts management and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
