German‑Speaking Recruiter

About the role

As a German‑Speaking Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end candidate journey, from application through shortlisting, across internal mobility, referrals, direct applicants and sourced talent. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to attract top talent and ensure a seamless, data‑driven hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sourcing and conversion data in the ATS to optimise recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and ensure a structured hiring process.
• Identify, attract and engage talent using innovative sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and professional networking platforms.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, screening applicants, creating refined shortlists and coordinating interview feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while providing clear, consistent communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and fluent English.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, labour market trends and industry‑specific recruitment challenges.
• Proactive, well‑organised and able to prioritise workload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
