GH&B Cluster Lead (MEA + TUR)

About the role

Pfizer's Global Hospital & Biosimilars (GH&B) business, which covers sterile injectables and biosimilars, is looking for a Cluster Lead covering the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. The role holds full P&L accountability for a commercial portfolio worth about $300M across several markets, and involves building a new cluster operating model from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L across multiple MENA, African and Turkey markets, set strategic direction and allocate resources and portfolio investments
• Manage pricing discipline and contract excellence across government tenders, private hospital negotiations and retail markets
• Shape field force effectiveness, oversee CSO/distribution partnerships and SLA governance
• Represent the cluster in global planning cycles and act as escalation point for Medical, Regulatory and Supply support
• Lead colleagues across markets, including distributed teams, and oversee regional Portfolio Management and Marketing Leads
• Act as the face of Pfizer GH&B toward governments, regulators, distributors, KOLs and industry bodies
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working, use AI dashboards for performance visibility and drive automation and digital transformation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of commercial experience in healthcare/pharma, including P&L management and multi-market leadership
• Significant experience in biosimilars, generics or established brands
• Fluency in English and Arabic required; French or Turkish is an asset
• Experience leading teams through change and in diverse regulatory systems, ideally in the Middle East, North Africa or Turkey

Preferred requirements

• Master's degree with pharmaceutical industry experience
• Leadership experience in one or more markets in the Middle East, Africa or Turkey
• Transformation experience, especially in technology-enabled ways of working
• Cross-functional team leadership, negotiation and influencing skills
