Global Training and Development Project Specialist

About the role

Join İGA Istanbul Airport as a Global Training and Development Project Specialist and help shape the learning landscape of one of the world’s most acclaimed airports. You will oversee international training initiatives, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and drive innovative projects that support corporate and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on international activities, accreditations and audits within the Global Learning and Development Department.
• Conduct research and manage projects that contribute to the organization’s corporate and professional development.
• Organise and track international training programmes, following established procedures.
• Maintain communication with intermediary institutions for exchanges, secondments and collaborative projects.
• Prepare technical documentation for projects and coordinate on‑site airport tours, delegations and official visits.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents, stamps and printed materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination or international project management.
• Strong knowledge of international training programmes and accreditation processes.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong presentation, communication and coordination abilities.
