Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Better Creative Events is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Design Specialist to support visual communication for its brands, events, exhibitions, and corporate projects. The role involves both digital and print design, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Design exhibition stand graphics, event visuals, promotional materials, brochures, catalogues, banners, invitations, and signage.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identities and project requirements.
• Prepare designs in correct dimensions and formats for digital platforms and print production.
• Produce professional mock‑ups and presentation materials for client proposals.
• Retouch and edit product, event, and corporate photographs.
• Collaborate closely with project, marketing, and production teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends, technologies, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to maintain visual consistency.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with photo retouching and visual editing.
• Knowledge of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to prepare production‑ready artwork and print files.

Preferred skills

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools (text‑to‑image, image‑to‑image platforms).
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualisation or exhibition stand presentation processes.
