Graphic Designer – Fintech Scaleup

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Ödeal’s fast‑growing marketing team. You will craft compelling visual content that supports our fintech products across digital and print channels, helping us strengthen the brand and drive acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Create original, platform‑specific visual assets for social media, website, digital campaigns, corporate communications and printed materials.
• Develop illustrations, motion graphics, video edits, short‑form videos and print‑ready collateral such as brochures and posters.
• Integrate AI‑powered design and video tools (e.g., Google Flow, Gemini, Fal, Magnific, Adobe Firefly) into daily workflows to accelerate production.
• Use performance data and analytical insights to evaluate creative effectiveness and iterate on future work.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and data teams to translate campaign objectives and audience insights into visual solutions.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, new digital formats and generative AI technologies.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma and Canva.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven image and video production tools.
• Ability to design for multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and for both digital and print media.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign objectives and content performance.
