Graphic Designer

About the role

Ödeal, a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create original visual content for its social media channels, website, digital campaigns, corporate communications and printed materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create platform‑specific visual assets, including static designs, illustrations, motion graphics, video edits, short‑form videos and print‑ready collateral.
• Develop visual materials that reinforce Ödeal’s brand identity while ensuring consistency and high quality across all touchpoints.
• Integrate AI‑powered design, image and video tools (e.g., Google Flow, Gemini, Fal, Magnific, Adobe Firefly) into daily workflows to accelerate production and explore creative alternatives.
• Use analytical insights and performance data to evaluate creative effectiveness and continuously improve future work.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign objectives, audience insights and performance metrics into effective visual communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign objectives, audience behavior and content performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with curiosity for testing new tools and formats.
