Graphic Designer

About the role

Tersane Istanbul is a waterfront destination project in Turkey combining hospitality, culture, gastronomy, retail, events and lifestyle in a historic setting. It is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Create concepts and visual designs in line with the brand identity and communication strategy.
• Design marketing and communication materials such as digital ads, social media content, brochures, presentations, invitations, signage and promotional materials.
• Create visual assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, activations and special projects.
• Adapt and optimise creative materials for digital platforms, websites, email marketing and social media.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Retail and other teams on project requirements.
• Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate with external suppliers, printers and agencies.
• Support photography, video and content production projects.
• Manage several projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, digital design, print design and marketing communications.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail, project management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
