Graphic Designer Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer Manager to lead the visual language of Mavi’s brand across all marketing touchpoints. You will shape concepts, direct photo and video productions, and ensure consistent, high‑quality visual output that reflects our premium denim heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and evolve the established brand visual language and creative framework across all channels.
• Create and execute visual concepts for campaigns, content productions, and photoshoots.
• Plan, direct, and manage on‑site photo and video shoots.
• Oversee production of social media, online, email marketing, campaign materials, and other visual content.
• Deliver creative solutions for daily and seasonal content needs.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to guide visual outputs and coordinate implementation.
• Work with external creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and manage execution.
• Ensure quality standards, visual excellence, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Strengthen in‑house production processes to improve speed and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual communication, preferably within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and awareness of current design trends.
• Proven experience managing photo and video production processes.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Experience collaborating with creative and advertising agencies is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong digital and AI literacy, with eagerness to explore new creative tools.
