Growth Leader

About the role

Hipokid is a startup aiming to digitize the children's activities sector, connecting families with activities for their children and helping activity providers reach the right audience. It is expanding its platform and strengthening its market position, focusing on growing its member base and partner network, improving the user experience and driving sustainable growth. The Growth Leader manages both marketing and operational processes across the member and partner ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase member and partner acquisition.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities targeting members and business partners.
• Manage partner onboarding, activation and retention processes.
• Develop initiatives to improve the member experience and raise engagement and conversion rates.
• Oversee operational processes across member and partner operations, finding ways to improve efficiency.
• Analyze campaign and growth initiative performance and turn insights into data-driven actions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage corporate projects, oversee related processes and build new business relationships and partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, operations or a related field.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
