About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to run and scale viral app campaigns across a network of 220+ creators. You will own growth for multiple apps from launch to scale, leveraging cultural trends and creator content.

Key responsibilities

Run growth campaigns across our creator network.
Identify and recruit creators based on content amplification potential.
Manage creators to produce conversion‑focused content.
Own growth performance for several apps simultaneously.

Required profile

Deeply immersed in internet culture and able to spot trends early.
Proven track record of growing an app, account, or brand.
Data‑driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
