Growth Marketing & Analytics Lead

About the role

MedaStaré is seeking a Growth Marketing & Analytics Lead to drive the acquisition of 100,000 paid subscribers for its AI‑powered fashion app. The role will be based in Turkey, working remotely with a global focus across markets such as the Gulf, Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth roadmap, set channel mix, budget, CAC and payback targets to reach 100K paid users.
• Plan, launch and scale paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google/UAC and Apple Search Ads in multiple international markets.
• Adapt creatives and messaging to local cultures, run structured testing and scale winning assets.
• Build and optimise referral and creator‑driven acquisition loops.
• Design and implement measurement framework: event tracking, funnel definitions and KPIs.
• Set up and manage mobile attribution for iOS and Android, including referral codes and creator links.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate tracking of sign‑up, subscription and referral events.
• Build dashboards showing sign‑ups, paid users, conversion, retention cohorts and revenue by channel, market and creator.
• Turn data into clear recommendations for marketing, product and leadership while ensuring privacy compliance (GDPR, KVKK, Apple ATT/SKAN).

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing for B2C mobile apps, preferably subscription‑based.
• Proven experience scaling consumer apps internationally with large monthly ad spend.
• Strong command of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, subscription conversion and retention).
• Native Turkish speaker with full professional proficiency in English.

• SQL and dashboarding tools: Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau.
