Growth Marketing Associate Manager

About the role

Join a leading international local services marketplace to plan, launch, and optimise full‑funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels in 14 EMEA countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on YouTube, Connected TV, programmatic display and Google Ads.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and channel strategies for brand and performance initiatives.
• Analyse cross‑channel performance, provide actionable insights and support budget allocation to maximise ROI.
• Contribute to measurement and attribution, ensuring accurate tracking across web and app environments.
• Stay updated on emerging digital media trends and propose new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, including brand campaigns and video channels.
• Strong analytical skills, high proficiency in English and Turkish, and a proactive, curious mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and/or DSPs.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic display channels.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics/reporting tools.
