Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Vagustim, a wellness technology brand focused on non‑invasive vagus nerve stimulation, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager. You will own the full‑funnel marketing stack, driving website performance, lifecycle campaigns, content, influencer partnerships and reporting. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and works closely with leadership to improve conversion and scale growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own website performance across landing, product and checkout pages; set up and run A/B tests using CRO tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end email marketing, including acquisition flows, lifecycle campaigns and retention programs.
• Develop and execute content strategy for organic social, blog and on‑site experiences; support SEO initiatives.
• Identify, negotiate and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, building a repeatable sourcing system.
• Source, organize and brief creative assets (images, video, UGC) and maintain a structured asset library.
• Collaborate with paid‑media agency to align creatives, landing pages and testing priorities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably with eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Hands‑on experience across website, content, lifecycle or organic channels.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo and CRO tools like VWO.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and performance reporting.
• Comfortable working with GA4, Shopify and marketing dashboards.
• Experience managing influencer or creator marketing initiatives.
