Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth and execute hands‑on campaigns for a telecommunications and technology client. The role combines market analysis, audience targeting, and measurable acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
• Identify target markets and customer segments using market insights.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid and organic acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Creative teams to align positioning and lead‑generation efforts.
• Analyse the customer journey, identify conversion gaps and implement initiatives to improve acquisition, activation and conversion.
• Own and monitor KPIs such as qualified lead volume, CAC, activation rates and revenue contribution.
• Build performance dashboards and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments, documenting hypotheses and outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent English with professional communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing, including at least 3 years leading campaigns.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Experience in a startup environment and B2B/service marketing is highly preferred.
