Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Sufle, an AWS Advanced Services Partner, is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join its expanding marketing team. You will help shape user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies while gaining hands‑on experience across digital channels and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to meet acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
• Plan and run marketing events such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Launch, optimize, and scale paid, organic, email, partnership, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics and other tools, delivering actionable insights.
• Implement SEO tactics, including keyword research, on‑page and technical optimization.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports, presentations, and post‑campaign analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and business teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Identify process improvements, test new acquisition channels, and drive data‑driven optimization.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Quick learner with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, good time‑management, and detail‑oriented.
• No travel restrictions.
