Guest Services Representative

About the role

Phenome Longevity is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at its premium clinic in Istanbul. The role combines front‑desk hospitality with a solid understanding of healthcare operations and requires fluent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests, provide directions and information within the clinic.
• Manage appointment flow and waiting areas to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Respond to inquiries received via phone, email and digital channels.
• Handle patient registration and consultation desk procedures accurately.
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians and consultants to support smooth patient flow.
• Communicate with international visitors in English.
• Escalate complaints and requests to the appropriate department and monitor resolution.
• Maintain the cleanliness and standards of the clinic’s reception area.

Required profile

• High school diploma or associate/bachelor degree (preferably in Tourism, Public Relations, Health Management or related fields).
• Previous experience in a reception or advisory role within a hospital, clinic or other health‑care setting.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) or appointment‑management platforms.
• Advanced spoken English.
• Understanding of health‑care processes and patient psychology.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
