Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

Arf Technologies, a new initiative of Ekos Electric, is looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to join its Electronics & Telecommunication R&D team. You will contribute to the development, validation, and improvement of telecom and electronics hardware used in critical medium‑voltage applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate new telecom and electronics hardware designs, as well as refine existing ones.
• Lead design projects, manage design libraries, and plan development from concept through production launch.
• Perform component, circuit, and system simulations using tools such as LTSpice and PSIM.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day hardware development, testing, and R&D team activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an R&D Hardware Design Engineer.
• Professional‑level English and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Analog and digital circuit design.
• Altium Designer for schematics and PCB layout.
• Microcontroller architectures and peripherals (ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, SPI).
• EMI/EMC testing according to industrial standards.
• PCBA production processes, integration, and testing of industrial standards.
• Requirement management, FMEA, and project management basics.
• Hardware simulation tools (LTSpice, PSIM) and MS Office.
