Head of Commercial – Turkey Market Launch

About the role

Fresha is launching its AI‑powered beauty and wellness platform in Turkey and needs a senior commercial leader to build the market from the ground up. Based in Istanbul, you will own revenue generation, shape go‑to‑market strategy and lead a high‑performing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day commercial performance, driving revenue, sales targets and operational accountability.
• Build, structure and scale a high‑performing commercial sales team from scratch, hiring top talent and developing sales leaders.
• Establish sales culture, set clear expectations, provide coaching and address performance challenges.
• Make fast, well‑judged decisions on resourcing, processes and market expansion while maintaining quality.
• Design and refine sales systems, reporting, pipeline visibility and operating cadences, leveraging data for decision‑making.
• Partner with the General Manager to translate market priorities into actionable commercial strategies.
• Utilise AI tools to optimise prospecting, improve pipeline accuracy and boost team productivity.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS, fintech or fast‑paced technology environments with a strong track record of hitting targets.
• Demonstrated success hiring, coaching and scaling high‑performing commercial teams through rapid growth.
• Hands‑on leader who sets high standards, provides meaningful feedback and extracts the best performance from people.
• Comfortable making swift, well‑reasoned decisions in a fast‑changing market.
• Highly organised, process‑oriented with strong capabilities in CRM tools, sales analytics and structured reporting.
• Forward‑thinking, high‑energy leadership style that earns trust and raises performance bars.
