Head of Finance

About the role

Kolay İK, a cloud-based HR management software founded in 2015 and used by more than 1,800 companies and 150,000 employees worldwide, is hiring a Head of Finance in Istanbul. The role covers financial strategy, planning, budgeting, risk management and leading the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies
• Manage financial planning, reporting and analysis processes
• Create budgets, track them and analyse budget variances
• Assess and manage financial risks
• Report regularly on financial performance to the management team
• Handle tax matters and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Lead and develop the finance team

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in finance
• Strong knowledge of financial management and strategy development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
