Head of Network Performance & Systems

About the role

Lead the MEA Parts & Services Performance Hub, driving the VCP MEA Aftermarket program by establishing data, performance‑management capabilities and digital platforms to improve customer retention, network performance and parts growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define harmonised retention KPIs, data models and dashboards, analyse customer lifecycle and churn, and connect CRM/DMS with network data.
• Build a common performance framework for Stellantis and independent networks, deploy scorecards and benchmarks, and provide improvement plans.
• Own regional B2B OE/IAM ordering portals, manage product roadmaps, backlogs and rollout across priority markets.
• Develop a business‑performance cockpit and revenue‑management capability, analysing sales, pricing, penetration and forecasting.
• Lead a dedicated regional team and drive matrix collaboration with market leaders, dealer networks and central functions.

Required profile

• Senior leader with strong automotive aftersales, network and parts‑distribution experience.
• Proven ability to build teams, manage complex programs and influence in multicultural, matrix environments.
• Analytical, pragmatic, hands‑on and outcome‑driven with excellent stakeholder management.
