Head of Operations – Deputy General Manager

About the role

ISS Türkiye is seeking a senior leader to direct its nationwide integrated facility services operations. The role reports to the senior leadership team and carries full P&L responsibility, driving performance, growth and customer satisfaction across multiple service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operational performance, service continuity and sustainable growth for all facility services in Turkey.
• Own the operational P&L, ensuring budget discipline, productivity, cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement a scalable operating model, covering workforce planning, resource allocation and execution excellence.
• Manage strategic client relationships to enhance contract retention, satisfaction and organic growth.
• Drive transformation initiatives such as digitalisation, process improvement, restructuring and scaling.
• Build leadership depth through talent development, succession planning and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with ISS standards in quality, HSE, environmental management, information security and operational risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement and other functions to achieve commercial and operational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years in senior operational leadership roles.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑client, multi‑site service operations, preferably in integrated facility services.
• Full P&L ownership with a strong track record in budgeting, cost optimisation, productivity improvement and profitability.
• Extensive experience in strategic client management, contract governance and business expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise‑wide transformation, digitalisation and operational scaling initiatives.
• Executive‑level stakeholder management and influence with C‑level leaders.
• Data‑driven decision making supported by strong analytical and strategic execution capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
