Head of Own Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Own Retail for a global partner in the luxury retail sector. The role focuses on driving sustainable performance and growth across owned retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure retail KPIs and net sales growth meet or exceed budget targets.
• Develop and implement local Own Retail strategies aligned with global guidelines.
• Manage store performance through retail arithmetic and continuous KPI improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement of standards, processes and best practices.
• Oversee store design and layout according to global Own Retail guidelines.
• Evaluate and optimise the own‑retail store network.
• Support event activities to maximise efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Directors and other units.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Retail sales experience with a leading premium brand.
• Strong business acumen, commercial and consumer‑centric mindset.
• Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels.
• Well‑organized, agile and flexible, with willingness to travel.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
