Head of Project Management Office

About the role

Aras Digital, the digital arm of Aras Kargo, is looking for a senior professional to lead its Project Management Office. The role will support an expanding international transformation agenda, coordinating digital platform projects across multiple countries and ensuring governance, transparency and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Aras Digital’s overall project and program portfolio, tracking progress, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare regular management and board‑level status reports and support project governance, demand prioritisation and portfolio decision‑making.
• Track budgets, forecasts, costs, resource usage and country‑specific efforts, and assist with internal and external invoicing.
• Organise steering meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on actions and ensure decision transparency.
• Support Technopark/R&D documentation and reporting where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, PMO or transformation management, preferably in IT, software development or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership, steering committees and board‑level stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel as needed.
