About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant (Stylist) for its Hilltown store in Maltepe, Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a memorable shopping experience by combining fashion expertise with excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Suggest outfit combinations that reflect current trends and promotions, aligning with Levi’s service standards.
Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and resolve any concerns in line with company policy.
Handle cash, process shipments, set up floor displays, manage markdowns and replenish stock while maintaining visual standards.
Follow all store policies, procedures and directives from management.

Required profile

Passionate about fashion, up‑to‑date with trends and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays; able to lift up to 40 lb and perform regular standing, walking and climbing tasks.
Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16 years.
Positive attitude, teamwork oriented and able to represent Levi’s brand values.
