About the role
House Medics is seeking a skilled Home Maintenance Technician to ensure the well‑being of residential properties. You will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, drive a company van responsibly, and use our job‑tracking app to manage work orders.
Key responsibilities
- Execute maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties, including gutter cleaning and appliance installation.
- Drive and maintain a company work van in a safe and responsible manner.
- Utilise the company’s job‑tracking application to log and update work progress.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Protect and preserve company assets and equipment.
Required profile
- Hands‑on handyman experience with a passion for residential property upkeep.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently on‑site and manage time effectively.
