Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest area of the hotel is spotless, welcoming and safe. Working on the hotel floor, you will create a memorable experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, ensuring beds, bathrooms and furnishings meet brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and service zones.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts with linens, supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb, and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push or pull items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a full‑time schedule.
