About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will help create memorable experiences for hotel guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. You will work in a dynamic, luxury‑focused environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
