About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures that every guest area meets the high standards of The Ritz‑Carlton brand. Working across rooms, corridors and public spaces, you will create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to brand‑defined standards.
• Restock housekeeping carts, linens and amenities promptly.
• Respond to guest requests for additional items or services.
• Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following all safety policies.
• Uphold confidentiality, uniform standards and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional demeanor and clear communication with guests and team members.
• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
