Housing Manager for U.S. Air Force Base Operations Support

About the role

KBR is seeking a Housing Manager to lead day‑to‑day housing operations for the U.S. Air Force Base Operations Support contract at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The role serves as the primary operational contact for all housing matters, coordinating with government offices, military units, residents, and KBR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise contractor performance for Military Family Housing (MFH) and Unaccompanied Housing (UH) operations, ensuring compliance with the BOS PWS and DoD requirements.
• Maintain accurate housing inventory, occupancy, and resident records; input data into Government housing management systems such as eMH.
• Develop and enforce operating procedures, internal controls, and schedules for effective housing management.
• Conduct inspections, oversee maintenance coordination, and resolve housing deficiencies promptly.
• Provide direct supervision, performance coaching, and staffing oversight for assigned KBR housing personnel.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supervising personnel in a housing or facilities environment, preferably within a military or government contract setting.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force and DoD housing regulations, contract compliance, and property management.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and balance staffing resources against mission demands and emergency contingencies.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with government officials, military units, residents, and subcontractors.
