About the role
A dynamic international organization is seeking an HR Business Partner/HR Associate to manage the full HR lifecycle across multiple locations in Turkey, partnering closely with managers and employees to deliver effective people solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for locations in Istanbul, Arifiye, and Ankara.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, engagement, and organizational development.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation in compliance with legislation.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and off‑boarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
- Contribute to payroll‑related activities and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor key people metrics.
- Participate in HR projects across locations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support reward and benefits activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking, and bonus programs.
- Travel regularly between company locations as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Approximately 5 years of progressive experience in a hands‑on HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to handle employee relations and performance management matters professionally.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proactive, resilient, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
Required skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors.
- Support of payroll administration and HR data management processes.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- German language skills (advantage).
