HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner, Talent & Learning Lead partners with business leaders and the Head of HR to drive organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce readiness across ING Hubs Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated talent, learning, succession and organisational development initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Lead annual talent review, talent calibration and succession planning processes.
• Develop and deliver complex learning programmes, leadership development interventions and capability‑building strategies.
• Provide strategic HR partnership, advising senior leaders on talent, workforce planning and organisational change.
• Utilise people analytics to generate insights that support talent decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record of implementing global talent and leadership programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to translate strategy into people solutions.
