HR Business Partner Lead

About the role

The HR Business Partner Lead will act as a strategic advisor to business units, driving HR solutions that align with AXA Türkiye’s objectives and fostering an outstanding employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR solutions supporting strategic objectives of assigned business units.
• Advise leaders on performance management, organizational development, employee experience, and talent initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers to enhance engagement, trust, and belonging.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development processes.
• Analyze engagement and organizational data to create actionable people initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and performance matters in line with policies and regulations.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Contribute to transformation, culture, and change management projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead change effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (preferred).
