HR Business Partner – Talent & Learning Lead

About the role

The HR Business Partner, Talent & Learning Lead partners with business leaders and the Head of HR to drive organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce readiness across ING Hubs Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve integrated HR frameworks covering recruitment, performance, development, succession planning and compensation.
• Lead annual talent review, talent calibration and succession planning processes.
• Identify talent risks and high‑potential employees, creating targeted development and mitigation plans.
• Develop and deliver complex learning programmes, leadership development initiatives and capability‑building strategies.
• Provide organisational development expertise to improve team effectiveness and support change initiatives.
• Deliver strategic HR partnership, data‑driven insights and workforce planning recommendations to senior leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record implementing global talent, succession and leadership programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical people solutions.
