HR Cluster Lead – Emerging Markets (Turkey, Morocco, KSA, UAE, Egypt, South Africa, Russia)

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care's Care Enablement segment is looking for a Senior HR leader, HR Cluster Lead, to shape and execute human resources strategy across a cluster of countries in the EMEA region. The role works closely with business partners, HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services, and covers strategic workforce planning, talent development, organizational design and employee relations, while navigating local labour laws. It supervises six HR Country Partners in Turkey, Morocco, KSA, UAE, Egypt and South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR Country Partners aligned with enterprise HR strategy
• Drive global HR operational excellence with a consistent yet locally adaptable approach
• Align HR initiatives with business priorities and support CoE-driven HR programmes
• Support Employee Relations in resolving complex cases fairly and consistently
• Coordinate HR strategies across countries, share best practice and harmonize procedures where possible
• Embed company culture and values into HR programmes and support change management
• Maximize use of shared services and HR technology platforms
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labour laws and work with Legal and Compliance to mitigate HR-related risks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree desirable
• Approximately 12-15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience and in-depth HR knowledge
• Multi-country experience preferred
• Ability to act as an agent of change, handle difficult conversations and collaborate at all levels
• Strong business acumen, independence and ability to manage competing priorities
• Commitment to confidentiality, integrity and privacy; healthcare experience a plus
