HR Risk & Governance Senior Analyst

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as an HR Risk & Governance Senior Analyst. You will ensure HR policies and practices comply with Turkish labor law and support a fair, consistent employee relations framework across Banvit MBRF’s sites.

Key responsibilities

• Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and standards to align with business and legal requirements.
• Lead HR compliance and audit activities, monitor risks, and prepare corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure full compliance with Turkish Labor Law and Collective Labor Agreements.
• Establish a framework for employee relations and disciplinary practices, guaranteeing fairness and consistency.
• Support interpretation and implementation of labor legislation and identify areas of risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant HR experience, with solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Experience handling union relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong time‑management, organizational skills and high professionalism.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Bandırma.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
