HR Specialist, Total Rewards

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Total Rewards team in Istanbul. The role supports compensation, benefits, and budgeting activities for both Turkey and the Group Office, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reward processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare salary offer calculations in line with company compensation policies.
• Support employee benefits administration and flexible benefits processes, including data preparation, system follow‑up, and employee communication.
• Assist with Short‑Term Incentive Plan (STIP) calculations, monthly provisions, and other recurring compensation tasks.
• Coordinate salary increase processes, validate data, and liaise with HR Operations for system uploads.
• Produce data and analyses for salary reviews, collective bargaining scenarios, and reward & recognition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate compensation‑related data and support continuous improvement of Total Rewards systems.
• Contribute to gender pay equity certification activities, preparing required data and reports.
• Support employment cost and HR OPEX budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and variance analysis for Turkey and the Group Office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR function.
• Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and effective coordination skills.
