HRCP Cluster Lead – Emerging Markets

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care, a global leader in kidney care, is looking for a Senior HR leader, HR Cluster Lead, based in Istanbul. The role is accountable for shaping and executing HR strategy across a cluster of countries in the EMEA region, working with business partners, HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services. It covers Turkey, Morocco, KSA, UAE, Egypt and South Africa, and supervises six HR Country Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR Country Partners, and partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities
• Drive global HR operational excellence, supporting CoE initiatives and coordinating HR strategies across countries
• Support employee experience and engagement, including change management and use of shared services and HR technology platforms
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and support fair resolution of complex employee relations matters
• Work with ER, Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree desirable
• Approximately 12-15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of managerial experience and in-depth HR knowledge
• Multi-country experience preferred
• Ability to act as an agent of change, hold crucial conversations and collaborate at all levels
• Strong business acumen, independence and confidentiality
• Healthcare experience is a plus

• Preferred: HR software such as case management systems and Workday, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal English
