HSE Engineer

About the role

As an HSE Engineer you will coordinate occupational health, safety and environment activities for the assigned area, ensuring compliance with Bosch standards and relevant legislation. You will act as the key point of contact for safety matters, supporting continuous improvement of workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor occupational health and safety topics within the responsible area.
• Ensure compliance with machine safety directive 2006/42/EC.
• Implement and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on HSE best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
• Experience with machine safety requirements (2006/42/EN).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Safety Expert Certificate (minimum B‑Class).
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
