HSE Executive

About the role

Lesaffre is seeking a highly motivated HSE Executive for its Amasya factory. The role leads and supports all occupational safety processes, ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with legal obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and deliver occupational safety training programs for employees and managers.
• Develop and implement safety roadmaps, systems, and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and monitor performance indicators.
• Lead incident/accident/near‑miss investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency drills, crisis management, and regulatory reporting.
• Support integration of safety requirements into new facility designs and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Class B Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (Class A preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational safety, preferably in food production.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with a Class B driver’s license.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Amasya.
