About the role

Join Mavi’s Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Associate focused on Learning & Development. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee growth and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual learning plans.
• Design and implement leadership, employee, and functional training programs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end training processes, from assessment to evaluation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and create action plans based on feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to create tailored learning solutions.
• Plan and coordinate learning activities, including calendars, logistics, and communications.
• Support career development initiatives and identify learning opportunities.
• Prepare training reports, analyze metrics, and share insights.
• Contribute to digital learning solutions and innovative methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
• Advanced level of English.
