About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with our business units, providing strategic HR guidance and creating value across the organization. The role involves partnering with managers to address organizational needs and drive talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for assigned business units.
• Collaborate with managers to analyze organizational needs and develop effective HR solutions.
• Drive performance management processes and monitor development areas.
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Manage recruitment processes aligned with business needs to secure the right talent.
• Develop and implement actions to enhance employee engagement and experience.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HRBP, organizational development, or talent management role.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with business units.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to change and transformation environments.
